What happens to ownership and maintenance?
Ownership and source delivery are set out in the project agreement. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Hosting and domain accounts, recurring costs, editing responsibilities and any support period are agreed explicitly. A one-time build does not include unlimited revisions or permanent maintenance.
